Terms of Service
Effective October 1, 2026 · Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Dragly for using our website at dragly.io, the Dragly app at app.dragly.io, and the Dragly Chrome extension — together, “the Service”. Please read them carefully: by creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
The short version
- Dragly helps you find and organise business leads. You decide what to collect and how to use it, and you are responsible for doing so lawfully — including privacy, anti-spam and platform rules.
- Dragly isn’t affiliated with Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, YouTube or Google. Their own terms apply when you use them, and they can limit or suspend your accounts there.
- Don’t use Dragly to spam, harass, deceive or discriminate, or to collect sensitive information.
- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Fees are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- The Service is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited as described below.
1. Who we are
The Service is provided by Fazinflo Ventures LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (“Dragly”, “we”, “us”, “our”). “You” means the person using the Service and, if you use it on behalf of a company or other organisation, that organisation too — in which case you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
2. The Service
Dragly is software for finding, organising and scoring business leads. Depending on your plan, it includes:
- LEX, which turns a request written in plain language into a scraping job and streams the results into a table;
- Scrapers and enrichment, which collect publicly visible information from sources you choose — such as Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Maps and websites — and add details such as bios, websites and publicly listed business contacts;
- Lead Library, ICP Builder, Pipeline and Automations, for organising, scoring and working with your leads;
- the Dragly Chrome extension, which carries out jobs inside your own browser (see section 7).
Some features are marked beta or preview. They may change, may not always work as expected, and may be withdrawn.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business or professional purposes.
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- You can sign up with an email address and password or with Google. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away at support@dragly.io if you think your account has been compromised.
- If you invite teammates to your workspace, you are responsible for their use of it and for making sure they follow these terms.
- One person may not share a single seat with others, and you may not create accounts to get around limits, suspensions or free-plan restrictions.
4. Your data and the leads you collect
Your content stays yours
You own the data you put into Dragly and the leads you collect with it (“Your Data”). You give us permission to host, copy, process and display Your Data only as needed to provide and improve the Service for you, to keep it secure, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Your Data or share it with other customers.
You are responsible for how you use lead data
Leads are often personal information about real people. You decide what to collect and how to use it, so you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor. You agree that you will:
- have a lawful basis for collecting and using it, and give any notices the law requires — including under the EU and UK GDPR, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and US state privacy laws, where they apply to you;
- follow anti-spam and marketing laws wherever your recipients are — such as the US CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA, Canada’s CASL, the EU ePrivacy rules and India’s telemarketing regulations;
- honour opt-outs and requests to access or delete data promptly, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to;
- collect only information that is publicly available and that you need for a legitimate business purpose;
- keep the data secure and delete it when you no longer need it.
If someone contacts us about information you collected, we may pass their request to you and you agree to handle it. Where the law requires a data-processing agreement between us, our Privacy Policy and these terms form that agreement; contact us if you need a separately signed version.
Export and deletion
You can export Your Data while your account is active. After your account is closed, we delete Your Data as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party platforms
Dragly is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta (Instagram, Threads), X, LinkedIn, Google (YouTube, Google Maps) or any other platform the Service works with. Their names and trademarks belong to them.
- When you use the Service with a platform, you do so through your own account on that platform, and that platform’s own terms and policies apply to you. You are responsible for complying with them.
- Platforms may change how they work, limit how much information they show or how fast, or restrict, suspend or close accounts — including in response to automated activity. Dragly paces its requests and stops when a platform signals a limit, but we cannot guarantee that a platform will not act against your account, and we are not responsible for any action a platform takes. Use the Service at volumes you are comfortable with.
- Because platforms change without notice, a scraper may stop working, return fewer results, or need updating. This is not a breach of these terms; we will work to restore it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service, or help anyone else use it, to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone’s rights, including privacy, publicity and intellectual-property rights;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or contact people who have opted out;
- harass, stalk, threaten, deceive, impersonate or discriminate against anyone;
- collect or infer sensitive information — such as health, religion, sexual orientation, political opinions, financial or government identity numbers — or information about children;
- build profiles of individuals for surveillance, or for decisions about employment, credit, housing or insurance;
- get around a platform’s security measures, such as CAPTCHAs, login walls or access restrictions, or access information that isn’t publicly available to you;
- resell, publish or redistribute data collected through the Service as a standalone dataset;
- copy, reverse-engineer, decompile or build a competing product from the Service, except where the law allows it;
- probe, scan or test the Service’s security, overload it, or interfere with other customers;
- share your account, or use automated means to access the Service other than features we provide.
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or remove content or access as described in section 12.
7. The Chrome extension
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Dragly Chrome extension with your Dragly account while these terms apply. The extension works inside your browser, through the accounts you are already signed into there; your passwords and login cookies for other sites are not sent to Dragly. It may update automatically. You can remove it at any time, and features that rely on it will then stop working. How the extension handles information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Plans, credits and payment
- Plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout. Prices may be shown in different currencies depending on where you are, and exclude applicable taxes (such as GST) unless stated.
- Credits: some actions — such as collecting or enriching leads — use credits. Your plan may include a credit allowance, and you can buy additional credit packs. Whether unused credits roll over or expire is stated on the Pricing page or at purchase. Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged for money.
- Payment: paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (such as Razorpay). By subscribing, you authorise us and our processor to charge your payment method for each billing period and for any purchases you make.
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
- Refunds: except where the law requires otherwise, or where we say so in writing, payments are non-refundable and we don’t provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused credits or unused features. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel and when we do refund.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, we may retry it, and may suspend paid features until it is resolved.
- Price changes: we will give you at least 30 days’ notice of a price change for your plan. It applies from your next renewal after the notice period, and you can cancel before then.
- Free plans and trials may have limits, and we may change or end them. If a trial converts into a paid plan, we will tell you before you are charged.
9. AI features and results
Some features, including LEX, use automated systems and artificial intelligence to interpret your requests, find leads and summarise results. These outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Information collected from public sources may be out of date or inaccurate — for example, a business contact may have changed. Review results before relying on them, and especially before contacting anyone. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, response rates or business outcomes.
10. Intellectual property
The Service — including our software, the extension, designs, text, graphics and the Dragly name and logo — belongs to Dragly and our licensors, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not give you any rights in it beyond using the Service as allowed here. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
11. Changes and availability
We are continually improving Dragly and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature that is central to a paid plan you are on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can. We aim to keep the Service available, but it may sometimes be interrupted — for maintenance, updates, problems with our providers or platforms, or events beyond our control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability unless we agree to it in writing.
12. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
- We may suspend or close your account, or restrict features, if you breach these terms, fail to pay, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem; we may act immediately for serious breaches, such as spam, abuse or security threats.
- When your account closes, your right to use the Service ends. You can export Your Data before then; after closure we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue — such as payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that any platform will continue to make information available, or that results will be complete or accurate. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of this may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- Dragly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or data — including any loss arising from a third-party platform limiting, suspending or closing your accounts — even if we were told such loss was possible.
- Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service or these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) ₹5,000 (or its equivalent in your currency).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Dragly, its partners and team against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Data, your use of the Service in breach of these terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your use of any third-party platform — including claims by people whose information you collected or contacted.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at support@dragly.io so we can try to resolve the issue informally; most concerns can be settled this way. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms; if you don’t agree, you can close your account before then.
18. General
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order form or plan terms shown at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and Dragly about the Service.
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up.
- You may not transfer these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Neither of us is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
- We may send notices to the email address on your account, or show them in the app.
